We encourage you to reach out to our customer support team if you encounter any issues with your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or do our utmost to correct the issue within 3 - 7 business days.
